I want to thank you all for your advice and encouragement the other day to my ‘help’ post. I’m back on it and have my determination back. I can do this. 😊

That's great, Shelley, and I was going to suggest you join a weigh in. The Saturday Superstars will make you very welcome :)

What changes are you making, from the advice you were given?

I had my shredded wheat with full fat Greek style yoghurt, I’m so surprised how long I went before I got hungry! I had it this morning at 6am after my c25k run. At 1.30 I realised I hadn’t had lunch, I did have a beef sandwich with granary bread, but I’m still not hungry. Back to being able to watch my mum and dad tucking into biscuits and cake, I’m not even craving them. I think the main thing was posting that I was struggling rather than just carrying on down the slippery slope.

You're right, shouting out can really help :)

I hope you'll have something filling for your evening meal. You haven't had much today which is going to make you more likely to join in with mum and dad's biscuits. Not eating enough is one of the commonest reasons people can't stick to their plans.

We’ve got beef pie (I’ll take some pastry off), small amount of mash and lots of veg, then frozen blackberries (thawed) with yoghurt. Then supper few peanuts. 😊

Sounds lovely! I always have frozen berries in. It's such a quick and fresh desert with yoghurt or cream. My favourite is creme fraiche.
