Answer = simply make a start . In Jan this year I was 80kg and am now just under 63kg . I took it like a new job . Downloaded free MyFitnessPal app . Logged my food and all I drunk for the first 3 months and weighed in weekly. Looking at your photo it looks like you are doing this before it gets too late . 20kg is a big ask .Small steps and let us know how you get on .
