Great... You have a great deal of weight to lose, but the indications are that you can lose weight easily (many members on this forum cannot).
losing 5% of you body weight in the first fortnight is OK and normal, as most of it is probably fluid etc.
Are you getting medical support for rapid weight loss? or are you DIYing (with the support of this forum)?
The "normal" advice is to not try to lose more than two pounds or a kilo in a week, but, in proportion, you might be able to lose more, especially if you have medical support.
A few years ago I got down to 24 from 28 in a few months. That was zero carb and reduced calories. I’m now just reduced calorie about 800-1000 and I feel good. Losing a few pounds a week may not work for me so I think I can do what I’m doing but now with fruit etc. It’s not so hard. Cereal break fruit lunch and salad tuna small jacket tea huge salad. Works for me. I was never a huge eater just big drinker. Weak beer but everyday. That’s gone.
