Omg .. start of another week.. had 2 boiled eggs for breakfast at 5:30 am .. worked from 7 till 3 and never had a break again not even a drink.. need to get meals sorted out and meal times ..

how can you work in a kitchen with over 1000 meals to do and miss meals .. something doesn’t seem right.. I’ll try and sort out my meals and times 🤞x

Why not just organise your meals to fit around work, fizz? I regularly go 16 hours without food and only eat twice a day. If you increased your breakfast and your dinner, you could do the same. You would need to change the types of food you're eating though, as a high carb intake needs to replenished more often. You would need to adapt to taking most of your calories in fat.

You should, however, still be drinking and it doesn't take long to drink a glass of water, especially in a hot kitchen :)

water intake is so important, have a drinks bottle near to you!

Morless has great advice . I eat lunch at 11 and dinner at 6:30-7 which is also a 16 hour fast. I also use low carb and do the best I can to add fats. Good luck! Oh, I also drink lots of water and a large glass of lemonade with stevia for sweetener and NoSalt to give me potassium; it is delicious.

Can you have a bigger breakfast maybe and take a snack box with nuts and fruit to eat while working. The protein will help keep hunger away. That's what I do if I am away and can't eat regular mealtimes
