Ideas to lose weight
Hello Depsi and welcome to the weight loss forum.
Forum members have different approaches to finding a way to healthy eating. I suggest you look at the NHS 12 week plan. You will need to get your calorie range from the NHS BMI calculator as the 1400 you will see is a generic one which suits very few of us. It will give you a range of approx 400 from top to bottom, and you are advised to start towards the top.
To help you navigate the forum, we’ve put all the information you’ll need in a Newbie pack. Spend a few minutes reading this as it gives a full picture of the support and information available. Here's the link healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
To get the most out of the forum, come here as often as possible. It's all free, open daily and the only requirement is to get involved and encourage others, as the forum runs on mutual support.
We ask that you also read this important information about internet privacy and security, especially as you've left your post unlocked healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Hi, Depsi, welcome! I don't really know what you're looking for here as there aren't diet sheets on this site, it's more of a calorie guideline (individual) from the NHS BMI calculator. It gives you a calorie range to eat in order to lose weight and you are advised to aim for the higher end of the range and take it from there. People record their meal plans with calorie count in the Daily Diary section so maybe you will find useful ideas for meals in there. You can also go for portion control which will help you lose weight. Hope this is useful and wishing you well on your weight loss journey!
