While we were having supper i just idly totted up my day's calories. I haven't been tracking recently, but just did it out of curiosity.
Breakfast 3 pieces bacon 2 eggs: 339cal
Lunch tin of tuna in brine: 150cal
didn't have usual protein shake today so no snack calories, thankfully as it turns out...
Supper 10 asparagus spears: 40cal, 13oz rump steak: 1625 cal
... wait, WHAT THE HECK NOW? how many calories in that steak? 1625?? has MFP gone haywire?
Nope.
luckily I'm still slightly under my 2200 target, but no yogurt for me this evening. I was a little shocked to say the least. If I'd had a shake post workout I would be well over.
Macros look pretty good though: carbs 1% fats 31% protein 68%

Wow Rignold that does not seem right. We have just had a similar meal, rump steak and asparagus with garlic mushrooms and baked tomato. MFP had my homemade 8oz rump at about 500 cals and that to me sounds about right, not cooked with any added fat. I have looked again and the calorie count varies hugely by restaurant or home cooked. I think you can still have your yoghurt!
