Breakfast: scrambled eggs -2 on toast. 231

Lunch: out for lunch - will choose a healthy option -no desert -not a sweet tooth.

Dinner: meatballs low fat salad and pasta 650

Snacks: tangerines carrots low fat hummus

I need to drink more water!!

Re water, I find using a water bottle (one of those light weight glass ones with a silicone sleeve so the water always tastes good) helps. I set myself a target of 4 per day = 8 glasses, plus a glass of water on waking and another before bed. Plus you’ve always got water on the go, and many places are happy to fill it up for you these days too.
