I am a newbie got a few stone to loose after having both hips and knees replaced no excuse so onwards and upwards but having a very sweet tooth would appreciate any help i do walk my 2 dogs ride an electric bike and my horse but slowly good luck to all this week

Nice to meet you supercook, I also have a sweet tooth or did when I started here. I found by eating the sweeter veg and sweet potatoes I didn’t want sweets and chocolate, cake or biscuits so much and it has just all evolved. To over come chocolate cravings I would have an options hot chocolate, now I find them to sweet! I would sooner gavecsime berries or a baked apple, no sugar with some lovely thick double cream😋

It takes time but can be beaten🙂
