You sound very positive and doing the right things Jude.

The scales vary quite a bit on a day to day basis so my advice would be to not get to caught up with them. Even so things do look good.

Have you planned these 4 days off to fill out your time and also what you're going to eat. I only ask because having time on our hands isn't always easy to cope with.

Waiting to hear about how your moving went.... perhaps see you tomorrow in 'What's Happening' :)

The weekly weigh-ins are found under 'Events'. Click on 'Home' next to 'Posts' and you'll find it on the right hand side as you scroll down. Just in case, here is Tuesday's one...

To aid planning, you'll also see the Daily Diary there. It's a good way of firming up what we're going to do the following day and sticking to that. You also discover what others are eating and meet people.

Hi Judiro you've got a good opportunity to do some planning, clear out your cupboards of anything that won't help (like another poster here) and get to grips with the forum and how to get the best out of it.

Have a look at Recipes and the Daily Diary for some meal ideas, then make your own plans and shop accordingly. You could get some good batch cooking done in four days so you have meals in the fridge ready for when you come in tired from work and might be tempted by a calories-unknown-but-probably-ridiculously-high-and-unhealthy takeaway.

Good luck at your Tuesday weigh-in and remember weight loss isn't a nice neat downward line :)

Morning Judiro,

You are sounding positive. How lovely to have 4 days off. It will be lovely to see you interacting with others on the forum more, the more you are here the more support you will get. The What's Happening Today thread is a good place to meet and get to know people, as are the Daily Diary and Weigh In's.

Take the time to start reading and planning and maybe some batch cooking for the freezer of some homemade calories counted meals, to fall back on when life gets busy,

Wishing you all the best :)
