So I need to lose 10st over time but my main aim is to lose 4st at least this year.

My first step is getting back to fitness classes at night. Majority of them are 30-60mins long.

I also try to walk my dog x2-3 times a day for an hour if I can...

If this doesn’t budge the weight even a little I don’t know what will.

Hi Emma, although exercise is good for mind and body, it'll be what you eat, or don't eat, that will have the biggest effect on your weight.

Hi emmasdiary , have you made any plans about your eating? That's going to have a much bigger impact than exercise/activity, though of course that's important in itself :)

Just remembered the phrase I heard here that sums it up - you can't outrun a bad diet :)
