There's an increasing amount of evidence that says increasing our gut health will increase our overall health and this is something that I'm just starting to get to grips with. I do follow a very low sugar, low GI/low carb diet, as part of my overall healthy eating, which I've found to be accidentally anti-inflammatory. I've noticed a big difference with my arthritis, but this is me personally. We all have to follow the path that's best for us, as individuals.
