Looks like your getting some good suggestions already, if you are calorie counting, just include what you like as a treat at the weekend into your daily allowance, as long as you have your three healthy meals.. you can indulge just a little!!
Enjoy your planning for the weekend ahead. 😉
Tom Kerridge does some great "indulgent" recipes which are available online.
His chocolate pots are a great low calories desert (its just a tin of low fat custard with dark chocolate melted in basically with coffee flavouring and whipped cream!)
He does one for home made doner kebab (haven't tried this yet) but for something low calorie and indulgent there are a plethora of curry recipes out there online that are fantastic. Have poppadoms or a naan if you have calories left and its just like a takeaway!
(If curry is your thing!)
I tend to go on a daily basis of stuff, try calorie cycling ( vary your calories within range) or bank a few in a week ( currently doing 1200 cals rather than 1500 to shift a few lbs in about 3 weeks).
This may help you, think of it as being like a bank account and being in credit, you have an allowance over a week , be careful not be too low on an given day tho
