I've found the NHS plan really helpful, no fads, just a focus on healthy eating and changing habits in a sustainable way. Most people find the calorie range from the NHS BMI calculator higher that they expect but go with it, it does work

Now I'm off to find another banana

Brilliant photo, really made me laugh! Appalled is how I feel too, avoid mirrors and wonder how it got to this stage. The good news is we are doing something about it. I started in January and I have found the 12 week plan and this forum so helpful. Good luck
