Hi, day one for me and been very good but I know from previous experience that I need to see results otherwise I lose motivation. Anybody got any tips for that ?

Hi Rachel. Take photos every Wednesday (weigh in Wednesday).

Even better ,share them on here so we can tell you how fantastic you're doing.

You'll be surprised to see it come off but watching it day by day sometimes you think nothing's happening, when it is.

Make yourself a star chart, tick or star every day where you stick to your calorie allowance. When you have seven consecutive days ticked, treat yourself to a lipstick or manicure. I have tried this in the past, and it worked for me. I actually found my chart filling up very motivating. It will help you see progression even when you can’t actually see much progress! Good luck!
