Welcome to the forum. It must be lovely to be able to paint all that beautiful scenery around you. Sorry to hear you had a fall which is limiting your walking, just take little walks and try not to over do it.
Good luck with your weight loss journey and Happy new year.
Thank you yellow roses, I am trying to walk a little more each day . I’m considering seeing an osteopath to see if they can help, It’s frustrating, I’ve had cortisone injection into spine and physio but that hasn’t helped..
Yes I am very fortunate with scenery here in the West Country.
I feel you frastration with it. I used to be the simular until I had 2 total knee replacements and now can walk a lot better and with no sticks for over a year now. Hope you can some help from your Osteopath.
Hello Beechnuts from another one the wrong side of 65 I started mid-October with the NHS plan and have managed to lose 12lbs so far - those last couple that need to go so I get to my first stone are proving a bit stubborn but I'm hoping 2018 will scare them off by my next weigh-in.
All the best to you in making the changes you want and need
Thank you moreless, my painting keeps me occupied and less likely to pick food wise. Painting makes you take more notice of you surroundings. I’m looking forward to the blue bells in the local woods ,so beautiful....
