I posted that I lost 1.4 pounds over Christmas but happily just discovered it was actually 2.2 pounds. The inch off my waist still stands. I lost a half inch the week prior but no weight. So I am quite pleased with that progress.

Well done with losing 2.2lbs ovwer Christmas, that is brilliant going. You should be feeling very pleased with losing half an inch too. :)
