Sticking to it

I'm doing well on the calorie counting and diary keeping. Have not gone over my 1400 calories at all and have even been under on a few days. Hardest thing for me is drinking water. Managed two glasses yesterday but it's hard going. I am worried about weighing in on Friday just so hoping I've lost something.

My calorie intake says 1488-1913 but I am doing well on the 1400. I'm not hungry all the time and can handle the 1400 so trying to stick to that.

Eating lots of veg and fruit with some pasta. Not together! lol I'm mostly vegetarian but do eat tuna in brine. Been making pasta salad with tuna and hard boiled egg using light mayo too and eating small portions.

Jogging in place for up to 30 minutes is my aerobic bit but sometimes I have trouble with my heels. Got new running trainers and they are supposed to be good ones but I'm not pleased with them. Having to add insoles and gel heels to make them comfortable. I do my jogging in place to episodes of I Love Lucy.

Just be careful of going too low too soon Lucy, as you may need to reduce calorie further as you lose weight.

At least you know you can afford to eat a little more over the holidays 😊

Don’t worry about your weigh in on Friday, there are lots of us there to support you. I am with Anna, don’t drop him hose calories too low to start with, you will need to drop lower as the weight comes off and you want it to be sustainable and not feel hungry. Most people give in because they are hungry. 😊

I don't feel hungry so I'm assuming I'm getting enough to eat. If I still feel hungry I will eat a bit more but so far haven't had to.
