Hi- I've been on this journey before- 2 stone weight loss- feels great at the end but can be tough in between. It will be great to chat to other people about their journeys too. Have currently got a chest infection so am going to wait a few days and plan before I start in action!

Hi- yes- I did that a few years ago with WW but the weight has gone back on after family upheaval- I need to start all over again! This forum looks great- I don't want to go back to queuing up in dusty church halls to get weighed! Thanks for support
