I’ve been thinking of trying the bsd for ages and decided that today’s the day. Lots of you have given it the thumbs up so here goes.

I did an online shop yesterday and it arrived at 10.30 this morning so had to wait for my breakfast till I’d put it all away. I was famished waiting but feel very satisfied now. Let’s hope I can stay satiated till lunch.

This breakfast had 150 calories , and was delicious!

Morgancando that looks scrummy I hope it kept you full till lunch. I picked a huge cep from the garden yesterday hubby cut it up and did it in the oven it looked like we had a pile of chips on our plate rather than half a mushroom each! Hope this works for you

I’ve cooked from it a few times and as you say most of the recipes are lovely but the Luxury Fish Pie with celeriac mash was very disappointing. I’ll be using a lot of my own recipes and as long as I stay within the 800 cal limit I think I should enjoy it.

800 sounds like a really low limit, not sure I'd manage. Good luck!

Just need to keep myself busy and try not to think about it. Apparently it takes a few days to adjust to the low calories but most people say they're not hungry on it.
