I'm 74 and pretty fit as I swim most days. I seem to be stuck at 9 st 7 lb when the BMI test says I should be a stone and a half lighter. Any tips? I do like wine in the evenings ~ but surely it shouldn't make that much difference when I eat healthily?
By the way, I'm new here!

It's hard to advise you in any detail as you haven't mentioned your height, apart from cautioning you about following the BMI religiously. I'm only a few kilo from being in the overweight category, yet realistically I only have a couple more kilo that I could lose before starting to look malnourished.
Once you're in the healthy BMI range, check in the mirror and you will know when things are right.
I read somewherethat us over 50s loose weight slower than the unders. .I'm 51 so I hope I'm as fit as you when I get to my swinging 70s..maybe your building musle😆😆. I would say keep going and eventually it will fall off or check the sugar and salt content of what you eat and drink..if its over the recommended daily limits that could be why the weight stays on. However it's just a guess from me.
