Hello, I really like your post. It is interesting to tune into your body. To smell the flowers (literally in my case, as I garden for a living), to think, to feel. I have made a real effort not to respond to feelings with food this last week and huge results. I intend on joining the happiness challenge too as there really is a tight bond between body and mind.
