Great to have you join us 69chelly

I sympathise, I learnt to comfort eat in 2003, it can only be sheer self control and self determination- unless anyone else has a different experience!

I was a comfort eater too. These days I like to make an effort to make my food look attractive and really enjoy my food. I don't watch television when I eat. I put lots of colour into my food with a variety of vegetables. I focus on what I'm eating and take time to savour it - I'm very short-sighted and wear glasses for distance so I even take my glasses off to eat so I can see my food clearly - of course it means everything else is blurry but at least I can't see the pile of washing up until after I've eaten 😂😂😂
