I caved today I went into the city with my partner and our son and we stopped for some food....... I had bacon, hash brown, beans, toast and egg for lunch. I did walk for nearly 2 miles after. I'm not justifying it but was better then my efforts 2 weeks ago π I also had 4 squares of chocolate. π it did taste much better then normal as I know I shouldn't be eating it, but I did stop myself from eating more so that's an improvement π
I hope everyone has had a good day and have been stronger then me today ππ xx

The brunch sounds good but no thanks to the chocolate
well I have been munching on the treats I bought for Halloween- I could say I was quality control testing but that would be a lie- everyone falls off the wagon at times, just accept it- congratulations on resisting having more than the 4 squares of chocolate. Get back on track tomorrow
" I could say I was quality control testing" LOL If thats what its called then I was very diligent at that job. In fact Nestle should be sending me BACKPAY!
I don't own scales lol I threw them out during pregnancy π I must get some more though as I don't have a clue what I weigh just know it's more then I would like to π
Well if you are trying to slim down you do need to know your current weight , so that you eat the right amount for your Bmi. It is as important to not eat too little , as well as too much.
You can weigh yourself in Boots for free if you don't have your own scales.
Three years ago I hadn't a clue what I weighed either, just knew my clothes got tighter and tighter over several years. Eventually I got myself some scales and had the biggest shock, 2 stone too heavy. Biggest I'd ever been (except when I was 9 months pregnant ...25 years earlier! π)
All sounds reasonable to me, nothing wrong at all with bacon and eggs, although preferably without hash browns . I often cook bacon eggs tomatoes mushrooms for brunch with one small slice of toast ( wholegrain ). Sometimes I have a spoonful of beans too if hubby is opening a tin! It's all fine. So is 4 squares of chocolate.
In my opinion this is a normal eating day, not a cheat day. Just be aware that the total calories must fit into your daily total.
