Day 6 today
Just the 3 days yesterday.
My portions are big but I have stopped all the junk and eating between meals so just taking it easy.

I always think that it's better to take one step at a time. Allowing our brains and bodies to get used to changes, especially large ones, can make it easier to cope with the next ones.

Cutting out the junk especially if its a habit can be hard.
Just keep in mind that right now your portions are larger than you should have so later on you can shrink them a bit.
I was doing that and kind of forget I was eating more than I should each meal and wondering why I wasn't losing very much.
