Nearly 50 and seriously need a kick up the backside to shift this weight! Its now really starting to affect me and I feel like my life is just passing me by. I feel like i could happily never leave the house again (obviously I know this cant happen), I finish work and put my Pajamas straight on so i cant go out. I have back issues and i know it is only going to get worse. Anyway any help advice or kicks up the backside will be greatly received.
