Just stick around here. You can do it with support from us a little willpower. Don't give up!
you can do it!! just stay with in your daily kcal allowance, your soon be losing them lbs. good Luck!!
It can seem overwhelming at the start. But take it slow one change at a time if it is easier to cope that way. Lots of helpful reading/study you can do on this forum And always support from everyone.

You have come to right place for help and we are all or have been overweight in recent times and understand how you are feeling. Initially I aimed at losing 5% of my weight. This was a reasonable goal and I felt that I had achieved something. Good luck fill the house with fruit and keep reading the posts.

Share! that is my opinion. Share the good, the bad and the ugly. it will make you feel better to get it all out and keep you on the road to healthier eating. I know when I do not read and share I "fall off the wagon" everytime. I am now 14 pounds up instead of down and feeling rough. I am 51, just turned on the 7th of October and feel lousy at my current weight of 262 pounds. my hips and knees hurt all the time and I stand at work for 8 hours a day. you can do this! do the plan and together we can do this I promise. we will fail on occasion but if we forgive ourselves, you and I, we will be able to accomplish any weight loss we want to! chin up! it works!
And you need a plan!! A target of how much weight you need to lose and an idea of how you're going to do it.
And you need support...Apart from all the support you'll find here, will your family help?
Start by working out your BMI and finding out how much you need to lose to be in a healthy range.
