The week after the busiest week of the year!

Last week was manic so this weeks post is coming late!

I haven't weighed in this week. I am emotionally stressed due to work so I am just doing the right things and not focusing on scale ( I don't want that to give me added stress).

I will say, working out, eating right, it's all helping me feel better. I feel more efficient and working out has become an outlet for me. It helps me de stress and takes my mind off things. I am committing to 3 days a week and if I can get a fourth day in on the weekends with some walking, or Yoga at home, I'll fit it in.

Viewing exercise as a means to feel better and redirect energy is making me enjoy it more. Tonight, I am going to a Zumba class and that will make 3/3 workouts this week.

Tomorrow morning I'll be doing some Yoga using some YouTube videos at home.

I'll weigh in next week :)

Well done Mary! As soon as we stop looking at our healthy lifestyles as something we want to do, because it makes us feel good, rather than something we have to do, everything slots into place.

I hope that you're now able to de-stress and relax and enjoy your weekend too :)

Work and stress ,so many of dealing with it.

Sounds like you are keeping busy with excercise.

I find that excercise helps me so much . totally different outlook after excercise.
