Last week was manic so this weeks post is coming late!
I haven't weighed in this week. I am emotionally stressed due to work so I am just doing the right things and not focusing on scale ( I don't want that to give me added stress).
I will say, working out, eating right, it's all helping me feel better. I feel more efficient and working out has become an outlet for me. It helps me de stress and takes my mind off things. I am committing to 3 days a week and if I can get a fourth day in on the weekends with some walking, or Yoga at home, I'll fit it in.
Viewing exercise as a means to feel better and redirect energy is making me enjoy it more. Tonight, I am going to a Zumba class and that will make 3/3 workouts this week.
Tomorrow morning I'll be doing some Yoga using some YouTube videos at home.
