Hello lovely people in my phone. I Thought i would share something I've been doing week and its keeping me going. I wrote down all the points in the day when i am tempted. So for me it's 10am break time at work. Lunch. Break time in the afternoon. My daughters tea time and about 9pm.
I have set daily reminders in my phone diary for these times. Kinda my little angel on my shoulders persuading me to be good. The reminders range from..
"You dont need that extra coffee.. grab some water"
"Come on mrs, stay strong."
"Stop finishing off her tea... throw it in the bin. You dont need two teas"
So... it may seem a little crazy but its working.
