I've lost and gained weight in the last 2 months, going through a plateau stage I think. Good you're doing a lot of exercise, that's one area I need to work on, since we got 2nd family car, definitely need to drive less, walk more
Yes, I've definitely felt more hungry as the temperature has dropped! Not quite sure how to deal with it yet? I'm guessing it's going to involve more cooking and less salad?
I start wanting comfort food, hot casserole's and stews and thick soup. Just realised this will be my first winter where I won't be turning to spaghetti bolognaise quite so often now that I have cut back on pasta.
