Are you looking to lose weight or just snack smarter.
I have to avoid snacking, I try to eat well at each meal and avoid the munchies/nibbles/fridge raiding.... I can just have one!
As a mum of three, I'm guessing that keeping the house chocolate-free isn't an option? I removed all the unhealthy foods from my cupboards when I started losing weight but then one of my friends gave me a late birthday present that included a box of 12 mini bars of Green and Blacks chocolate! They've been in my cupboard for about two months now - I've been eating healthily for around four months and I've only given into temptation twice and even then I only had one of the tiny bars each time. The chocolate cravings do stop when you concentrate on eating better.
Good luck, you can do it! ππ
Thank you. It's the 9pm sugar kick that I struggle with. I know I can do it as I got 2 stone off last year. I've got a cruise in March, so I have an incentive π³
Apple or celery with peanut butter (remember to weigh it)
