Watch out - you're gonna see a whole lot more of me!

Today I was filmed by HealthUnlocked - I responded to their appeal for people to feature in short films:

so today I got to meet some of the staff who work for HealthUnlocked who travelled all the way to my house and spent two hours listening to me saying what a wonderful place this is!

I made sure I mentioned the wonderful support that the admins provide - and all on voluntary basis too!

I'll let you know when it's ready to view - and you can see little 'ol me sitting in my lounge!

(Thankfully they didn't want to film me exercising or cooking!)

That is brilliant that you have done this. Well done. I hadn't seen anything about this so well done for this and having the courage to be able to. Not everybody would have.
