so I've read as much as I can to be prepared ,both mentally and physically. I've written a menu planner for the week , although not sure I can keep that up but its suppose to help . I've always been a last minute decider but old habits have got to go . I'm off to lunch with my son then its onwards and upwards on my path to a new life plan.
