Well I'm away on holiday tomorrow, and today was my last chance to weigh before holiday ...... very pleased to say I lost another 1lb since Monday !!

Which leaves me 1lb to go to get my 1 stone!!!

Pleased and frustrated at the same time.... so hopefully

Holiday will not do too much damage!
