So I haven't been able to say as a surprise for a family member (playing safe in case she's on here).

But I am now on my holiday in the land of fast food & super size me!!!

I know I'm going to put weight on, just not looking forward to how much!!!

So I won't be weighing in for a few weeks.

Orlando just at breakfast which show calories my daily allowance could blown in one meal!!!

Very exciting, I've never been to Florida. I suppose it's all about making good choices! I love it when they have a good selection of fruit at those all you can eat breakfasts! Saying that, it is really hard to resist the temptation!

i remember the pancakes, bacon and maple syrup PILED high on the buffet breakfast restaurants. Good luck! You will reign it in again when you get back. Enjoy your holiday!
