I was doing really well last year with my healthy eating, but then fell pregnant so have been away for a while. I now have a beautiful 3 month old boy and feel ready to get some form of healthy lifestyle going again. I had previously got down to 12 stone 10lb, so would be great to get there again (and the rest later on!). Currently weighing in at 13 stone 8lb.

Congratulations on the birth of your baby boy! I'm sure you will soon be back on your way down. Just bear in mind that if you are breastfeeding you will need a few extra calories and I would probably go for the higher range of your calorie intake so you have the energy to cope with sleepless nights! The most important thing though is to have fun with your son.
