The whole low fat debate low fat seems to have more of the bad stuff ..
I follow a low fat vegan diet, with about 80% of my calories from carbs, 10% from fat and 10% protein.
But I cook from scratch, avoid processed foods and basically anything with an ingredients list, so that rules out anything in packaging that says "low fat"
That way i am cutting down the fats, but i'm not replacing them with refined sugars.
Where's the vegan plan? Sounds good i did a patrick holford course loved it made total sense..which why SW does nt low fat is good but all sweetners in low fat 🙈🙈😨😵
This site doesn't have a vegan plan per se, although the NHS eatwell plan is already quite vegan friendly:
