Wash the kitchen floor - trust me, you can't access food cupboards OR the fridge whilst it's wet! 😩

Don't avoid snacking, just change what you snack on. Have things like fresh fruit easily available or make some bircher muesli. Quick and tasty and it'll full you up. Also consider yoghurts.

I could, but probably wouldn't. If the junk's not in the house I'm usually too lazy to go out and get it! ;)
