MENAPAUSE
Hi, there are some wonderful vitamins and medication out there which I've heard are very good, there is also a pelvic magnet again some good comments I've read, but if I were you, speak to your Gp or surgery nurse first.
Like yourself I'm going through the menopause, but I'm unable to take any of the vitamins suggested for the menopause due to my other medication on.
Check first, your Gp might have some better suggestions.
I know it's a natural part of a woman's life as they say, but doesn't it make you feel rough.
Good 😊 luck and have a good day xx
Hi Booboobella1 , I'm not an expert but soya milk and products may help with low oestrogen levels. (Japanese women don't suffer menopausal symptoms because of this apparently!).
You could also speak to the pharmacist at your local chemist for safe recommendations of supplements to help.
This can be a miserable time but I hope you find something to take that will help you feel better soon. And don't forget, exercise always improves your mood, so get walking in the fresh air when you are feeling low.
Best wishes EJ
