A tiny break through.. Baby steps but I am walking..

When making dessert for the family, I realised I had snacked the same amount of food as was in the single dessert! What was different is I didn't then have dessert. Wish I'd held off to eat it with everyone else. A mindset shift. You guys.. That's your posts edging me in the right direction. Thank you! 🌸 🎈
