Hi Charley65

To join in with the Daily Diary just go to the Home page and then to Events on the right hand side or at the bottom if your on a mobile and click on the Daily Diary there. You can post your daily food and exercise plan or just read and comment on other members plan. The DD is a good way of keeping us on plan as it makes you more accountable also it lets you pick up tips and menus from other members.
