New scales ordered and on the way.

Will be home in a few days, so decided to order up a new set of scales rather than use the ones at home. That way I can bring them back to work with me maintain weigh ins with the same set.. Decided to go all tech geeky and got some with blue tooth connectivity, uploads straight to an app on my phone and can chart your progress, I just love technology!

Having said that I guess my first weigh in (but the start of my 6th week on the program) will be on Friday, so I'll be jumping in with that mad Friday lot, hope they will have me!

Have also arranged a cardio weights class with my wife when I get home at the local leisure center, will team that up with bike rides and walking to kick start the activity levels.
