I make mistakes to my calorie intake in the evening I have pain and tired so by trying to keep awake which is hard, i eat to stay awake then beat myself up making myself depressed! So I am making myself a challenge putting it on this helpful group,I am goining to try a week at a time, NOT to eat after 8pm.

Please don't beat yourself up for going over your calories yesterday, it is hard when you can't sleep because your in pain. Today's a new day so start again, your not alone here so what not put your daily plan on the DD. It's a good idea to not eat after 8pm, I do something similar where I say to myself that the kitchen is closed after 7pm to food but I do have a cuppa in the evening.

I have a cup of low calorie hot chocolate in the evenings it feels like a treat gets rid of the hunger pangs and makes me sleepy - win win
I have a similar rule of not eating after 8pm, apart from anything else I suffer with indigestion and reflux when I eat too late. Try not to get too upset about exceeding your calorie allowance on one day, think more about your calories over the week. Best wishes to you.
