I'm really pleased that I'm not overdoing the eating whilst on holiday. I'm managing two healthy meals a day, no snacks except fruit, then either eating out or having a treat with the third meal of the day. I don't feel like I'm missing out, but hopefully I'm not piling on the pounds either.

Hi Lakeswimmer
Well done it sounds like you have it all well planned out. Enjoy your holiday.
Sounds good to me and that you're in control but also that you're still enjoying yourself which is really important.
No biggy 'if' you've stuck a few pounds on by the end as you've clearly got the right mindset and you'll just pick up where you left off.
Very impressive Lakeswimmer. It sounds like you have got it sussed. Hope you are having a wonderful hol. EJ
