Today

14st 13 3/4

So stupid but just seeing that 14 has given me such a buzz 😊

Not sure of the loss is it 3 1/4lbs

or 2 1/4lbs off

At my heaviest I was 16lb 4lbs ( not on here) but still happy 😄

just posted in the last 4 weeks half a stone loss now will start weekly weigh ins as I am used to the new scale now

15st 2-4lbs before I came on here, it was driving me crazy😱 so very chuffed 🤗😊
