Morning everyone well it's the start of my Easter holidays from school and I aim to keep on track whilst I am on holiday with my fitness pal ap counting the calories although last night was not so good as I was celebrating the end of term but today is another day and I am still doing over my 10.000 steps a day so that has to help. Weekends are always a struggle for me as I've said before but hopefully I will keep a tighter rein on myself lol.

Planning is the key Kim58 π I plan all my meals, exercise etc first thing in the morning. It is the holidays so you may want to plan a few extras, but just count them in the plan π
Woo holidays! It's compulsory to eat (or in my case drink) the world on the last night of term! I'm hoping to get a few more trips to the gym/pool in, although once my car is fixed if the weather stays like today I will definitely be going for long walks along the beach! It's lovely this morning - and life always feels better with a bit of sunshine! Enjoy your break. π
