It's gone really dark and heavy rain ☔️ in Leicestershire. It can make you feel quite depressed and want to indulge (me included) however I've made sure I have food to pick that isn't going to cause harm to loosing weight. Keep focused 😊

I find it really hard to cope with the dark grey days, I just keep the lights on everywhere! Well done for having appropriate snacks.☀️
