Hi IndigoBlue61 I managed to get a pic!! I have to say they were utterly delicious. Sadly I'd run out of yellow peppers to add to the veg but I will definitely be making this again. Will be great for bbq season. A new family favourite. They are a Faye Ripley recipe if anyone wants to try them.

Hi Zest They are mini lamb burgers. My first attempt at them tonight. Was really nice to try something different. A resounding success for a family meal!

Mmmmmmm.......... everyone's posting lovely food pics this evening, Jugs! They're making my mouth water! I shall definitely be trying these, as lamb is my favourite meat

Really easy to make and you can freeze them. Definitely try them.

She is actually an actress (Cold Feet) but after having children did a cook book based on the idea of cooking one meal for everyone. It's the one book I have used again and again as the recipes are easy, delicious and don't need 1000 ingredients or take hours. I have now done most of them and for my next non-food reward I think I may get her second one.
