Well I got out of bed fairly early to make it to the gym and threw myself around the dance floor. Eaten healthily all day but made a batch of charity mars bar chocolate brownies and just had to test one out before selling - but I only had a small offcut.
Divine although I say so myself...
Still not eaten any crisps since I came back from holiday two weeks ago - none in the house is definitely the answer!
Feeling rather hungry right now so am thinking about going to bed before I cave into temptation. Getting better at resisting

You can resist it!! I'm am fighting fried chicken in the kitchen right now but it's much too early to go to bed. I will be strong. Now I want the brownie thing you made. Yummy!!!
Omg!!! My husband wants to go to the taco restaurant!!! Such temptations!!! I'm not gonna do it!!!
EEEK! Must be hard if someone is tempting you. RE: dining out, I can't be doing with all the 'you can have chinese - stifry boiled rice etc. 'you can have indian, grilled meat etc. Choose healthier options.
Balls to that! If I go out I want to have the full spread! I'd rather go out less often and have what I want.
Chicken and salad in Nandos? Boiled rice in the chinese and no ribs and crispy duck pancakes?
