You've got to try the frozen banana 'ice cream'! it's been mentioned in quite a few posts here, and also an Internet search will show up loads of references.
Cut a peeled banana into chunks, freeze them overnight, and then blend in a food processor, maybe adding coca or another fruit or some nuts.
Something amazing happens to the texture of them during the blending and they really do taste and feel like ice cream
