As you can see I have not posted anything for 10 months. Things went downhill (or uphill on the weight:)) and I now have to start again with my weightloss programme..... Why? I could give a lot of excuses, but nobody else to blame.. all I have to say is "more went in than was exercised for". So here goes I need to lose 15Kgs and a positive group like you guys to get me started. I believe I can do it this time.
